I recived a call from usa personal loans the guy was ex. 135 Mr. Daulf said i got approved for 1,000 and would have to pay 120.00 a month for 11months and i would recive the 1,000 on my bank card in three hours. Then called me back and said i had to pay 120.00 for the first payment then i would have the money and then they called back and said for them too release the payments i have too pay 129.00 western uion so i did and i have still have not recived the money or got a refund back.
