England Logistics is a company based on results, results, results! Which I totally understand being in the sales field. But on average you would be looking at a ramp and pressure that would add right up there as if you were a business owner yourself. So for starters your are given a ramp. Which continually climbs for the duration you work there. On average a person works about 3 months there. The game is that you must make 100 plus phone calls a day. Your constantly looking over your shoulder because of you developa relationship with a customer you have two weeks to continulally do business with this customer. If you don't its free game for the rest of the other sales people on the floor to tell your customer that you've been fired and happily snake your customer. This is a true turn and burn outfit. Very Stressful, Very Stressful...

There is a great disconnect between management and the people on the floor. The promise for growth and development is not there. You will be treated as cattle. I wold recommend not to work for this company..
