If you're reading this, I got your attention. I am honestly encouraging you to NEVER, EVER get a job with this abusive company! WALK AWAY!

These people will use you, abuse you and throw you away like sharks. They tend to post ads in the Utah market for Sales people on KSL and Sltrib. They will offer you a salary in the 32-40K range and expect you to work 70 hours a week! They prey on people desperate for employment and in the 25-40 yr. Range. They will call these "AM 1" jobs or "CM" jobs.

They screwed me over like you never saw. Unethical business practice, poor Managers, threats, unrealistic expectations and a "3 month" test-period, in which about 70% gets fired just weeks into it!

This is a stressing, exhausting and pathetic CALL CENTER JOB, much like the ones you had in your younger days! They will Micro-Manage you, monitor you and expect you never to take a lunch, lawfully entitled breaks or time off! The Labor Commission is likely looking into their practices already. They make you believe that they only hire 4% of their Interviewees, which is false. Their Turn-Over is huge.

They will ask you to act "as if you run your own business", but this is naive and company propaganda... They will severely Micromanage you do death and if you do not listen, and do infact act as an Entrepreneur with willpower and strategic business sense, you will get fired, as your "Call Stats" or Reports did not show what they want to see. There are people calling their buddies and relatives, just so they can increase their call volume!
They will inundate you with tons of Reports every day and week. You will see people change cubicles constantly with hires and fires. The "LCs" (Logistics Coaches... IE: Supervisors) will force micro management all the way down the chain. This job is 98% luck on very bad leads and 2% co-worker caused success. I am not even bringing up their fear for diversity, discrimination, poking fun of other cultures and languages and plain unprofessionalism that controls this work atmosphere.

Rely on your gut feeling and do not interact with this company on any level. They will find a way to screw you over and bully you out the door!
