It's unfortunate that this seems to be one of the only alternatives out there for inmate phone calls. This company is awful! They take your money, provide no way to reach them (customer service is an answering machine and you never get a call back) and no way to update/cancel/change your credit card information on the website. They renew without your consent, ignore emails telling them to stop charging your card and your service will be unavailable without warning or reason... Leaving your loved one without any way to reach you! But, you're at their mercy because there just aren't a lot of alternatives. If you can find another provider to work with, I recommend steering clear of this one!
