I have received several text messages over the past several months stating that I've won a $1,000 voucher for use at Walmart. All I have to do is access the following www.wmart-voucher.com.

Please note that this is a scam. Also for those of you that aren't aware, in Congress enacted the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act to curb spam. As required by the Act, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted rules that prohibit sending unwanted commercial email messages to wireless devices without prior permission. This ban took effect in March.in addition, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) adopted detailed rules that restrict sending unwanted commercial email messages to computers.
