We ordered a La Femme prom dress that was on sale and paid extra money to guarantee delivery within 3-4 weeks. Dress didn't arrive and when contacted company, they said it hadn't shipped but could ship that week. I asked to cancel as they couldn't deliver within 4 weeks (this was for a prom so was worthless if couldn't deliver on time). They said could only refund 70% of my money. I requested full refund. I have not received refund or dress. I think this company is a scam. I've read of others that have had similar issues. Please Beware and don't order from this company!
