Disrespectful interaction

While utilizing 6 washing machines, 1 started to leak water on the floor a large puddle started to mount. My fiancé went to tell the attendant and she come o et and start speaking in Spanish. I DO NOT speak Spanish and the person next to me did and said that she was telling me to get the mop in the bathroom and mop it up that she was. It going to do it. But is was her tone more than anything. The other customer said that if some one fell or if the long handle mop hit one of the many fluorescent light. Rome in someone's eye there would be a problem. Against my direction, my fiancé starts to mop the floor as there were other customers waiting to utilize our machines. She tells the over night relief that we were causin trouble so he starts to walk by me looking at me as if I had cause some sort of problem. There were other customers talking loud and sitting on the folding tables and there are signs posted in both English and Spanish that there is to be. It sitting ont the tables. Additonally there were used dryer sheets on the floor that the client before left all o et the floor. As my clothes were still drying it was easy to assess that these. Oils not be mine. The overnight attendant starts to walk near me and look at the floor and made eye contact with me. As he notices the garbage he leaves the papers on the floor and looks at me again. Now I am done I have contacts the BBB and the President of Washrite because I am in favor of equal opportunity employment. It when obvious undocumented worker treat me as if I the paying customers has not rights there is a major problem. The other laundromat burned down so they must think that I can not walk an additional 2 blocks, but I refuse to be treated that way in my own neighborhood and in a city that I apt an excessive amount of taxes! Shame on you! Additonally INS will get wind of this...
