I ordered from this site a couple of times their status always not shipped... And they do give u a confirmation # it's through ems shipping and it always took about five days for my order 2 come through except for the first time I ordered it took a little longer but I recieved my shipment. I love it 'cause. The products r always n tact never had a problem w / this site
