Cable one phone service - Phone Service Order Options

I have not been getting phone calls intermittently. Very disturbing because important calls not coming through. They said I have to actually name 3 calls within the last 24 hours up to the minute to get help. I told them it was intermittent. 3 people compiaining they can't get me on the phone within last 2 weeks. They can't help me. I had quest before and no problems. Paying the regular fee now and a lot and can't get out of the contract for a year and no one is helping me.
