I was at Lowell's a week ago to purchase some tile wait 25 minutes and kept saying someone would help me gave up and left. Today I went in the the garden center to purchase garden soil and plants. Couldn't get someone to put a couple 65.5L bags in my cart a customer finally did it. After I purchased all my items I told her I would need help on the big bags again I waited for 20 minutes, she paged four times finally this girl comes that may weigh 90 pounds to help me, she gave it a good try and called someone to help needless to say a customer finally came and helped us. If this is an example of your service. You will not see me here again. N
