Never delivered, completely Scam

I ordered flower on May 10, and they never deliver anything, today is May 14, still nothing.
I called their number, there is NO WAY you can speak to a live person in this company.
Their live chat is a joke, the operator is just trying to run around the customers. I asked for a refund and they click me out of the chat room and I cant connect it back.
