Defective Led TV, bad customer service - 40 inch led tv

After being jerked around over countless phone calls im still waiting on my exchange wich has been over a month now. No one will help me all customer service reps pass me on or inform me all information is correct and we will send out an email. Keep in mind i paid and additonal 100 dollars for this exchange so i could get away from a defective series i orginally bought.
