Rip offs local repair shop for $12,000 dollars and Marietta, Ohio

A small business owner who repairs televisions and other electronics has done repair work for samsung for at least 6 months. He would travel very long distances from his shop like up to 200 miles away. He paid for all the gas up front and had to order all the parts. After each call he would ship the defective part back to Samsung and submit his saw. A saw is an online document that states how many miles were travelled and what was done to the tv and other pertinent information. I do not want to mention his name because I dont want to get him in trouble with the company but he has spent over a hundred hours of his life on the phone with samsung trying to get the monies owed to him. This is a hundred hours that he can never get back!

A hundred hours gone from his life because samsung says he didnt return the parts but yet he has proof of every single package signed for by someone at samsung. He created spreadsheets detailing all this information and gave it to samsung who still says that he never returned $12,000 dollars in parts. Further proof that he has is telephone recordings of samsung representatives who says that they did get all the parts and that he would be paid for all of them and other representatives stating that he didnt return any parts. Samsung sent him a check the other day and several of the calls he made for them in which he was suppose to receive like $300 dollars a piece for he ended up only receiving like $6.00 per call. They docked him $297 dollars for one of the calls and only paid him $6.00.

Out of $12,000 dollars that samsung owes him, they only sent a check for $200 for 5 calls. The check should have totalled a little over $1000 dollars.
I have another story to tell about what samsung has done to me over a digital camera I sold to a customer that samsung still hasnt shipped me back yet and it has been over 3 months. But i will post that one tomorrow.
If any one else has been screwed by samsung in this manner please contact me because I am interested in suing samsung. They can either pay my friend his $12,000 dollars or they can pay $200,000 or $300,000 in court and possibly more if this turns into a class action. I will never recommend a samsung to anyone. They have poor customer service and treat their local repair shops like crap
