Led tv, bad customer service - LED TV

After buying a deffective led tv from samsung i paid 100 dollars to exchange it and upgrade it from the horrible series i origanally bought. Its been a month now and im still waiting for them to send me the right tv. I have been jerked around by customer service and no one can seem to help me. Im going to take them to small claims court soon!!
