Making A Deal With The Devil!

I am a small company that a Office space to rent. When I first went to Serv Crop is looked professional and friendly. So, I thought this would be a good location and it makes my new business looks successful and well put together therefore I signed their contract. BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS MAKING A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL! My monthly bills was always off and they was overcharging me and extra $5 or $20 sometimes I always had to have to remove unnecessary charges. Then they didn't tell me that I would pay for every little thing a client needed to use the lobby phone to call me when I was out the office the charges was as high as my cell phone bill a month and when I tried to end the contract it wasn't clear how to end it. I had to try four times over a 6 month period to end it because they keep telling me I need to do it a certain way that was not outline or hard to find in their manual even my host Erica Keller didn't know how to end my contract without asking corporate first! They was polite in every step of the way while the ripe me off and tried to run my small business in the ground with all these unexpected unexplained charges. My recommendation is don't use this company it is like making a deal with the Devil.
