No refund for expired voucher - Mango Chinese restaurant

The worst deal site and customer service. My restaurant voucher expired which had only 2 months lifespan and they refused to give me a refund. I called the Chinese Mango restaurant in Crows Nest and they simply said "Oh its expired goodbuy" I told him that he has my money, the least he could do was honour the deal, to which he replied"not his problem" I called Livingbullshit and the girl on the phone had an attitude, no compassion and simply said her manager would tell me the same thing.

Never buying from these guys again or any other deal site for that matter. Its just beyong me how they can keep your money for no services received. I hope they go out of business! So greedy!
