CVS Caremark refuses to take back the substituted drug that I tried before and does not work for my acid reflux. CVS has invented a new word "preauthorization" required when they want to save money. I find no where in my contract with CVS the word "preauthorization"
Customer service person no 7474 and superviser 57019 have no clue how to help a customer. Where did you find these people? They cannot communicate with anybody, only "your stuck with the medicine on prescription 950639398 substitution that will not work". Furthermore I had to call CVS to find out why they had substituted the drug. There is no responsibilitiy by their customer service department in telling you they are substituting a drug.
This is why companies are moving out of USA as we do not support the customer.
