I called caremark's help line on the back of my card after taking ten minutes to go through their computer answering service that could not help. I waited 15 minutes to talk with a service rep that was trying to get an over ride for a prescription. They were suppose to have contacted us and did not and suggested a generic drug for a drug that there is no generic. This is the sorriest prescription insurance that I have ever had.
