Won't authorized prescription drug - CVS/Caremark

Since my old blood pressure pills (Valturna) were pulled off the market, I am unable to take any other BP meds without serious side effects. My doc gave me samples of a new drug. Edarbi. It worked for me with no side effects. Now CVS/Caremark refuses to let me have the prescription, even with a Letter of Medical Necessity that my doc sent them. So what am I supposed to do? My BP is running 210/90! I cannot afford to pay for the scrip out of pocket. He gives my samples for now but that can;t go on forever. They really stink. I guess they would rather I have a stroke.
