Updating equiptment and services provided by cableone required my approval and some computer adjustments. I'm not versed in some of these procedures and I found the customer support to be extremely helpful. Travis, in Arizona talked me through the entire set-up, and didn't act the least bit impatient. I would hope you would use his abilities to train other customer service people. I appreciated his good attitude. Thanks!
