NEW FRAUD SCHEME - Credit Card Monitoring

Experian debited two of our credit cards on six different occasions when we NEVER contacted them for one of their so-called "free" credit reports or any of their other services. Their excuse was that 4 different people (whose first names and initial of their last names they provided) and 8 different people used our other card. Because they do not ask people who sign up for their services to provide the name on the credit card, the security code or the billing zip code, they end up billing the REAL owners of the cards whose contact information is no where to be found in any of their data bases. Despite this fraud scheme, they have the audacity to tell the Attorney General of the State of California that their credit card practices meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. The FTC fined them a million dollars in 2005. They need to be fined a billion dollars for this new fraud scheme.
