Rude manager

Today on Sunday April 22
I went to the Kohls department store, i was shopping around, i came across a jacket that was on the rack with a price of $14.99 so i put 2 of them in my buggy. I proceded to the check out, stated to the cashier that this is a great price for these jackets, the cashier proceded to call the manager for a price check. The manager who's name i did not get went and stated that the jacket is $32.99 and that it was priced incorrect. He then stated that commonsense that this a price for a shirt not a jacket. No one asked him for his comments, all he had to say was that someone priced them wrong. I am a paying citizen and i feel that the manager was RUDE and DISRESPECTFULL. And he did not apoligize. I did not get his name, but he was on the schedule for today at 10:10am
