I ordered a Garmin GPS from them and no where in item description does it list the unit as refurbished. They use the catch word as newly overhauled. When I receive the unit it is clearly marked refurbished. So I contact them for return authorization and learn that there will be a 15 -20% fee to process return. There was several other vendors ex. Walmart, PC Nation, etc. That have brand new units priced the same as I paid for my refurb unit. What a scam. Hope this helps to warn others to steer clear of this business.
