Ecieved order on 9-12-08 invoice clearly reads new garmin nuvi 760 package contained a refurbished unit (confirmed by the manufacturer) I believe this is fraud. I have since called the credit card company and they are investigating. I will call trusteddealer (great name for crooks) and get info on returning the item.
