I also did the trial and I managed to talk directly to their staff. They said that I would not be billed if bottle is returned and mailed by May 3. I have a tracking number and mailed it on 5/2. Furthermore, the phone # on my banking statement is no longer their number. I am going to talk to my bank and treat it as fraud. They will take my money back and I'll communicate when and if it is back in my bank. It is impossible to find them again. Sincerely, TurnerTalk.
