Vistiontel Communications - Epiclear
Rip-off! Dishonest, fraudulent billing!

Vistiontel/Epiclear totally ripped me off. They said I paid $12.95 shipping and handling and then as long as I called and cancelled within 30 days I would never be charged again. I ordered the product on 7/9/04. I called and cancelled on 8/5/04. They still debited my account $164.90 on 8/9/04. When I called about this error, they said I only had 20 days to cancel and I called on the 21st day.

When I intially purchased this product they told me 30 days to cancel! I disputed this item with my bank and told them all of what happened and they are now in the process of trying to recover this money. But my bank has also said they may not be able to recover this money. I am waiting for an answer. Do not do business with these people. They will take your money.
