I bought a 2008 Ford Edge ID.#2FMDK49C48BB38257 from this dealer. My credit was less then perfect around 630 rating. The finance Manager Mr. Kevin Minley he could secure financing threw Capitol One Auto Finance P.O. Box 260848 Plano TX. 75026-0848 Phone 1-800-946-0332, But they required a one year drive train warranty. Sold by FWS/JM&A P.O. Box 8567 Deerfield Beach Fl. 33443. So I signed the contract. The next day I called Ford Motor Co. To find out if there was still a factory warranty on this vehicle. And was informed that it did and would be in affect longer then the one year contract they required. So I went back to the dealer and spoke to Mr. Minley and told him I did not need the service agreement from FWS/JM&A Co. And that I wanted a refund. He said it would take 4to 6 weeks to hear back from FWS/JM&A co. This was on 2/29. So on 4/23 I called and asked where my refund was, he said he would check and get back to me in 1/2 hr. So after wating 5&1/2 hrs. I called him back he said had not heard back from FWS/JM&A and that it sometimes takes 8 weeks to get the refund and that I should wait another week. So I called him back on 4/27 I was inormed b Mr. Minley that FWS/JM&A said they never recieved the cancelation notice. And that I would have to come in and sign another notice seeing as he did not have a copy as they send the original to FWS/JM&A.??? I said I would bring in my copy and he could copy it. So I went back to the dealer and Mr. Minley told me they told him to fax it to them. And that they would expidite it right away. And that he would know someting on Mon. 4/30 and that he would call me then. Mr. Minley never called me back on 4/30. So on 5/1 I called him he said it mite take another week or so. On 5/3 9:00am I called him and had to leave a message I said that I felt the He was blowing smoke up my butt and that he should call me back if he felt like it, an that I intended on calling the owner Mr. Russ Darrow if I dident hear back from him. So as expected I did not hear back from him. This is 4/4 5:00am not sleeping all night I decided to try this to see if have any other recourse. Kenneth C Johnson (Personal Info Removed)
