Deceptive and Unfair Practices Re: E-mail Billing, Fraudulant

I purchased NBA League Pass Broadcom last year for approx $134.00. I had no intention of purchasing this product for this year, but was surprised to see a charge for $179.95 show up on my credit card.
I called the number and was given an e-mail address to contact for my refund. However, NBA.com League Pass told me that they had sent an e-mail regarding the NBA League Pass being a recurring charge and that I was not entitled to a refund once the season began. I was unaware I even had access to NBA League Pass Broadband because I never ordered it.
I don't remember ever receiving an e-mail from them, and even if I did, I understand it was misleading and deceptive. I have contacted them with no success in getting a refund of the $179.95 they charged me as a recurring charge, even though it was not the same amount from the previous year... They say i received an e-mail... I think just one, that contained very misleading and deceptive wording regarding the NBA League Pass.
I'm on a tight budget and $179.95 is alot of money to me especially since I never ordered this product and haven't watched a second of it.
