Unauthorized charges to Visa on March 1 of $32.90 and April 2 of $29.95. Telephone calls finally resulted in one refund of $29.95 but not of the $2.95 balance. Each representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor.
They refused to refund their second charge. I never ordered a report and never received a report.
