Unauthorized charge

Back in November i ordered a free online credit report. After receiving the credit report Immediatly called and cancelled the service. Since then I have been charged $9.95 once a month since and it is october. I called the company and they refused to give me a refund. I even told them who I talked to in november and they still refused to give me a refund. It was around 7:55 pm when i talking to them and they said they would have to transfer me to a supervisor. They transferred me to someones voicemail. When i tried to call back they had cut the phones off and said they close at 8pm. This company os the biggest scam I have ever seen.
