We booked a round trip flight on Pet Airways for our puppy, Jill from Denver to Ft Lauderdale on March 27.2012 and our credit card was charged for the full amount. We were notified that her flight was cancelled and we could not reschedule. They promised a refund by check within 30 days which to date we have not seen.
