Well in December when logged on computer, got messages in everything I tried logging on to, that I had TROGENS in Vista and needed to load down this software to clean up. So I entered information for software and it came to computer, but this scan just kept running and when I tried calling them with the numbers on screen from previous time. There was never any answers, busy or wrong number sound. This scan kept running for over two days, until I finely took computer down. Called some other company for repair for computer, which they said I had all kinds of viruses from this. It cost me almost $300.00 for the Techwe to fix and we were on phone for a good six hours plus... Also there was a foreign purchase transaction fee added to my credit card for Videocaverpro.com
