Charges that reappeared on my card too late for me to dispute

I ordered a trial of green caffeine pills and paid $4.95 for shipping as agreed -but then a mysterious charge of $79.97 was submitted to my credit card company. The credit card company called me and asked if I had authorized the charge which I had not - so they began an investigation and issued me a new card number and I thought it was over. But no - this month's statement showed both the shipping fees and the additional $79.97 back on my statement. When I called to dispute the charges my credit company said it was past 60 days so I could not dispute the charges and when I called the merchant they gave me the run around also. So, I canceled my credit card and am stuck paying the bill for the pills.
