A pop-up box appeared on my computer and said I could try Stem CellActiv cream for just paying the shipping of $2.95 so I gave them my credit card number. I received the product, have not really used it yet. Then a day ago I got my credit card bill and I was charged the $2.95 for shipping, which is OK, but on Nov. 23 they charged me $89.95. I did not request any more of the product, so I called their Cust. Serv # and the gentleman said I had a 10 day trial which I did not know about and so now they have billed me $89.95 for this little jar of white stuff which I do not want and he said they would reduce the price to 40% off, I just want to ship it back but the guy was of no help, I have cancelled my credit card. The guy from Ananac hung up on me. Not sure where I stand.
