Apparently I've been sent to collections for $141.68 and I don't owe any of it cause I have not received any product from the company. 2 years ago I recieved a free trial wherein I had to cancel my account within a certain time frame to not recieve more product and I cancelled well before the date because I found out I was pregnant and couldn't use the product. I called in and talked to a representative and they cancelled my acct and assured me no more product would be coming my way. I've never received anymore product and actually still have the sample sitting in my medicine cabinet cause I couldn't take it due to pregnancy. Now, 2 years later they are trying to send me to collections. You've got to be kidding me. The letter is dated April 12 and says I have 30 days to respond and yet the numbers on the letter only lets me leave a message I can't actually speak to anyone. Seems pretty suspicious especially since I see other reports of people recieving these exact letters of owing funds equaling the exact same amount that I apparently owe. What do I do now cause I definitely am not paying for something I never received?
