I ordered a 15 days free trial colonmed 700 on november 11 i recieved the product on dec. 02 2008. I called them before dec. 16 its the last day of free trial. I called dec12 to cancelle the product because it doese'nt work for me, i got conctipated. I talked to the guy and cancelled it and im asking for confermation but he told me that they are not giving any confermation but he already cancelled it he said and they will not charge me anymore. But after few days i saw a charges of $88.67. I called them again and they said they already cancelled it. They will refund my money if they recieved the product how could i return the product that i havent recieve anymore because they cancelled already. Please let me know how could i get my money back.
