I ordered this "free" sample assured that all I had to do was pay S&H of $4.95 and try the product for 14 days. I got an email 3 days after I paid the S&H saying my order was processed. It took another 11 days for the product to arrive without ANY instructions and a tiny, tiny, tiny section in an invoice saying that if I didn't want to be on automatic reorder I needed to call the 888 number and speak to a representative. How interesting as the product arrived exactly 14 days after my ordering it. Apparently, they immediately charge your credit card on the 14th day knowing you didn't get it UNTIL that very day. It's 14 days after the order. Not after RECEIVING the product. I called the 888 number 4 times that very day and was put on hold each time for 15 - 30 minutes and then there was a chance to leave a message. You CANNOT speak to anyone - as it's just an answering machine. Total scam. I had to take the info to my bank, send them a CERTIFIED letter and cancel my credit card to avoid further charges. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Oh, and the product is basically grain alcohol. Nice. Not.
