I filled out an application for a loan and the following day i noticed this charge in my bank account. I called and asked for a refund on the 12th and have been waiting and calling at least 3-5 times per week. Told that it hadn't reached their bank yet, that they would monitor weekly and put in for a refund after that. I asked if when i call they look and they said yes, so I keep calling and calling. Finally one of them said she'd put in an inquiry, i asked if that was different then all the rest had done and she said yes. Still nothing.
