My husband was tryin to apply for a loan he got a call from premier membership clubs sayin he was approved for so much money and when the guy was explaining everything about the loan he said there was a charge of 99.00 and my husband then told them he did not want the loan and to cancel it the guy said it would be canceled and immediately hung up the phone and now a few days later i check my bank account and they charged me 99.49 plus it overdrew my account and my bank charged me a 30.00 fee. We have been calling this company all morning and all they tell us is that a customer service rep will call us back. When we finally talked to someone they are saying it will take about 15 bussiness days to get our money back however they are refusing to pay the overdraft fee my bank charged me. Hope we recieve our money back!?
