Applied for a loan did not know info would be shared, checked my bank account noticed that a $30.00 charge had been debited from my account contacted the bank was told transaction was in progress at this time they could not do anything. I then call the number 866 761-1124 and talked to someone who told me they would refund my money. After calling 3 times still no refund was told that the accounting dept would contact me still waiting on the refund. I also ask for a manager was told she was in a meeting. These people need to be caught because I never gave them permission to take money from my account will be calling the BBB.
