Request for Refund / Rationale Customer Dissatisfaction:. This message is in response to my conversation of yesterday (4/26) with ‘Carlos’ the reported proprietor, and my dissatisfaction with printing services provided, in particular with respect to business cards ordered on 4/19 and reviewed today. Because the original card was satisfactorily printed by your company, at a cost of approximately $140.00, total, I elected to use the same design with two minor changes (email address and the removal of a letter) as written on your order form. The new card printing format as produced does not represent the standard of quality received with the original order. Sequentially, and for this reason, I have requested a refund, which was met with a refusal and the stipulation that the cards will be delivered as printed and balances of $52.00 must be paid. Please advise if I have misunderstood your business decision and/or position. I attempted to contact the proprietor via telephone to determine if this documented request was received, in asking the question (concerning receipt of this message), the person hung up. It appears that this facility has no plan s of providing a refund, or providing the cards.
