Ripoff do not use this comapny for any printing whatso ever!

This is absolutely the worst fast printer I have ever used! My initial order online seemed to go smoothly but upon receipt of my 5000 business cards, well they looked nothing like the original artwork I sent them. I called and had to sit on hold for a customer service rep (if you can call it that) for one hour and 13 minuets.

So, the CSR, after explaining that they were short staffed, which was the reason for the long wait (anyone who has ever attempted to contact this company is laughing right now). Well I begin to explain the problem and she continues to interrupt me by saying yes it was a printing error and they will reprint. She wouldn't even let me tell her what was wrong with the card.in short she was rude and unconcerned with my order. I then inquired about shipping. I was already letting down my client by not providing them with business cards for the opening of there new restaurant. She said she would "upgrade" me to 2 day air.

It has been 6 days and I have not seen or heard a peep from this company. I have sent numerous e-mails with absolutely no response. I have called, which means I will sit on hold for over an hour... Who has time for that? They did send a call tag for the incorrect cards, which they had not indicated they were doing.

In short - this company is understaffed, unprofessional and just plain sucks overall. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. I would warn anyone even considering to use them NOT TO DO IT!!!
