Federal Public Service Commission did not clear my dues after my resignation since over one yea

I resigned from FPSC in Decmember 2010. Mt resignation took 04 months for acceptence and was finally accepted in April. Since then I have sent written requests and their reminders for clearnece of my dues but nothing happend so far not even a single reply tomy requests or reminders was received.
