Over paying for dues (upgrades) failing to send gifts for joining

Joined company paid dues for three years and u would receive gifts, never got the gifts, and they keep sendig account bills for more dues nowed, no phone, can't get on the web site, and they won't send gifts npromiced. I call it unfair business practice and I and my husband want out and our dues back.
