I would like to forward you a formal complaint against my employer K-Net Limited, Accra Ghana on grounds as mentioned below.

1. Not following the appointment letter terms the employer has illegally terminated the agreement and has not paid my dues in account of salary and other dues till 18th of Nov (end of notice period)- I had submitted my resignation on 19th of October and since then the employer started humiliating me and lastly on 31st October (on a holiday); I was forced to leave the country and when I asked abou the dues, they started threatening.

Not following immigration and foreign employee hiring norms (I would prove that to the respectable authorities - The employer had not even given me time to register a complain in person with the Indian high commission while I was in Accra (I was forcefully deported and illegally sent to the airport without paying my dues, and threatening me of life on 31st October which was a holiday).
