When I was unable to make the minimum payment required for my promotional offer I was greeted with incompetence at every turn. I only wanted to end the promotional interest and be given a standard minimum payment that I could afford instead of paying $300 a month on an approximate $3,000 balance. I have been repeatedly told what amounts to pay when and each time I have received calls advising I am past due and that some form didn't go to the right place despite me never having been given any forms because the CSRs fill the forms out for you on the phone. They have adjusted my bill ot the wrong amount three times and each time they say they will fix it they charge a fee and don't fix it. It is absolutely ridiculous!!!
