Randy Becker was very rude tro me. He in suppose to be a supervisor but he got very sarcastic with me and hung up on me. I am trying to get my claim paid and they cannot make their client come in or respond to the accident. Mr. Becker said to me. Well what do you suggest we do? It is to much money to to hire an investigaor. I told him that was not my issue. I told him I would look into an attorny and he said go on Ms. Johnson Go right ahead with an attorny then he hung up on me. That company needs to educate and give extensive training to their Managers
