When I asked to speak to a supervisor A Randy Becker came to the phone I told him my situation about how I wanted my car fixed and he said what suggestion should they take. I asked him to pay my claim for the accident caused by their client. He said when they get in touch with the client They will proceed. He said it costs to much money for them to get an investigator. I told Him that was not my issue. I told Him that Antonette (the agent for the claim) said it would take 60 days, I also told him I would get an attorny and he said go ahead Ms Johnson, you go right ahead and he hung up on me. I called the HR office (Nicole) and explained it to her and she said someone would call me back. My complaint is the rudeness from the supervisor and them not paying a insurance claim.
