I have written a letter the the Vice President of the Company letting him know what is going on within this so called co. I have advised him of all the black marks and made him aware that i have contacted my attorny and he knows for a fact if we take them to court not only will we get our money back but also the interest charge we have to pay and they will have to pay court costs and fines. Mr. Robert Guest is the Vice Pres, Mr. Michael Jennings is the general manager, Jason is the supervisor, Richard Gorman is the ceo and founder. If letters are sent to this company certified and addressed to Mr. Gorman or Guest my hope is he will try his best to avoid going to court. Is there anyway we can all ban together and take these unprofessional people to court. I want Sarah fired.

She hung up on me as well, they are all rude there and don't care about us. They just want our money. I called my credit card in as stolen. I suggest u all do the same. That way when they run your card again it will come back on them and hopefully be traced to them and trouble for those who deserve it. Sarah is very aware, (supervisor) she of course called me a c u next tuesday and hung up on me. Please report your card stolen and call your attorny. Don't let them get away with this. I filed a dispute yesterday with my cc co. Sent them everything on this web address. Let them know it didn't just happen to me. It's alot of work to take notes and copy and paste to print out our reports but i think it'll be worth it.
