Employee White Male Insulting Comment

On April 20 I recevied a call from the only (white) male employee of the office asking about my disability papers and when would I get then in. I explained that they were at the Doctor's office. He informed me that I was suupose to have them filled out every month and that they were late. I informed him that I was not told this and I had been using disability since 2010. He informed me that a payment was due and the forms would be processed when I brought them in, but in the mean while they needed a payment for $178.00. I told him I did not have $178.00. He told me to borrow it from my family. I informed him my family did not have the money. He told me to go" Hustle" and make the money. I became upset. I asked him did he know that "Hustle" to a black female meant that I was suppose to sell my body or stand on the corner. I asked him did he know that he was talking to a Minister It was very funny to him. He them began to laugh at me and was laughing when he told me he was sorry. He said he meant for me to have a yard sell. I would not except his apologize and I hung up on him. This happen on a Friday night. I did not sleep at all because I was upset. I am a 65 year old female and I do not appreciate being talked too this way.
